50% discount on RV Spaces for military personnel in
transit on military orders, including discharge/separation orders, is
available. This discount also applies to transiting reservist on active
duty orders, as well as for transiting National Guard Personnel under
Federal Orders. Commons Agent must match Military ID Card to
orders to receive discount.
2.
Humanitarian/Emergency requests by Dent County residents for free or
discounted RV and tent spaces will
be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact MUST
BE
MADE
HERE to set up a
telephone
interview.
The
Commons
assets
and
facilities
are
rented
without
regard
to race, creed, national origin, religion, familial
status, sexual orientation nor gender. An
invoice for the amount of the security
deposit required
for the rental of the facilities and assets requested will be sent by
email within 72 hours of receipt of the reservation request, or, if the
facilities and assets
requested are not available for the time frame
requested, an email will be sent stating same. Security deposit
is payable
by Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer or Electronic Check
only. The Commons uses PayPal™
Secure Merchant Services to process all on-line financial
transactions. Please do not
send security deposits until invoiced!

- Sites
may
not
be
left
unattended
for
more than 24 hour periods.
- Tents
may
be
placed
in
designated
areas
only. No trenching is allowed.
- Quiet
hours
are
from
10
p.m.
to
6 a.m.
- Only
one electrical user is allowed per site.
- Visitors
are
encouraged
leave
by
10
p.m
and must park in designated areas.
- Cmpers
and
camper's
guests
use
of
firearms,
bows, BB Guns, Pellet Guns,
fireworks, ATV’s or loud bikes are not allowed. (The possession of
lawful weapons is permitted.)
- Foraging
for green
firewood is
prohibited. Campers may, and are encouraged to pick up all the
dead wood that they may find laying on the
ground for use as firewood.
- Disorderly
conduct,
loud
vulgar
language,
public
intoxication,
or use or posession
of controlled substances will not be tolerated and may result in
eviction, or, in severe cases, may result in arrest and prosecution by
county authorities.
- Pets
that pose no danger to other campers are welcome on leashes, but cannot
be tied to trees.
- Campers
are
fully
responsible
for
the
conduct
of their family members/guests in
the campground facilities and are responsible for any destruction of
campground facilities by family members/guests.
- Campers
are
responsible
for
knowing
and
following
all of The Commons
Campgrounds regulations.
- The
Commons Project Committee is not responsible for property loss nor
damage.
- The
corproation reserves the right to evict any individuals not abiding the
Park Regulations of The Commons Campgrounds.
Security
Notice:
Though
normally not applicable,
entry does in fact constitute consent to search of persons and all
property under the control of all persons upon the Commons. The
lawful
possession of weapons, including concealed carry, is peritted in
accordance with all applicable Missouri Statutes.
