So that we can help you advertise, please tell us what type of animals or birds that you will be selling at Market Day:
    
     I certify that I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee that the Commons assets that I wish to reserve are, or will be available.  I likewise understand that this application for reservation is subject to approval and acceptance.  I further certify that I have read the Terms and Conditions applicable to renting Commons Facilities and Assets and that I agree with said policies, terms and conditions.
         I further understand that Animals that are not permitted to be exchanged, sold nor bartered at the Small Animal Swap Meet are:

  • Poisonous Reptiles
  • Primates (monkeys, chimpanzees, etc. )
  • Native Wildlife (raccoons, deer, etc.)
  • Birds of Prey
  • Endangered or Protected Species
  • Dangerous animals (lions, cougars, bears, baboons, etc.)
  • Protected Migratory Fowl
  • Animals that are sick, injured, starved and/or emaciated.
  • Animals (mammals) that are not weened.
  • Vicious Animals

    Rental rates and security deposits are charged to all entities, regardless of IRS status, affiliation or any other entity status.  The Commons assets and facilities are rented without regard to race, creed, national origin, religion, familial status, sexual orientation nor gender.  Additional rental fees may apply for larger animal holding areas.  An invoice for the amount of the security deposit required for the rental of the facilities and assets requested will be sent by email within 72 hours of receipt of the reservation request, or, if the facilities and assets requested are not available for the time frame requested, an email will be sent stating same.  Pre-Payment is payable by Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer or Electronic Check only.  The Commons uses PayPal™ Secure Merchant Services to process all on-line financial transactions.  Please do not send payments until invoiced!

Security Notice:   Though normally not applicable, entry does in fact constitute consent to search of persons and all property under the control of all persons upon the Commons.
